Group Meetings

Personalized One-on-One Enrollment Sessions
All of the enrollment communications are important, but nothing takes the place of a face-to-face meeting. The 1-to-1 enrollment session is the most critical step in our entire benefits communication process. Our highly trained benefit counselors will meet 1-to-1 with each of your employees to review their personal benefits situation, help them make informed benefit decisions and enroll in their selections through our enrollment system.
The individual meetings allow us to communicate and review the details of the benefit programs including:
- Current plan year elections
- A review of all available benefits with the opportunity to ask questions
- A personalized benefit statement
- Verification of all employee and dependent information
