Founded in 1958, Taylor & Sons mission has remained unchanged in providing cost-effective financial and insurance programs to a diverse group of business professionals, educators, and individuals.  Taylor & Sons has a long history of partnering with our clients to create and manage innovative employee benefit programs that maximize their investment in human capital.  Through continued success and growth over the last decade, Taylor & Sons has expanded operations to now include offices in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

Taylor & Sons delivers an exceptional level of professionalism, service, and convenience offering a wide variety of products and administration services that most effectively meets each of our client groups benefit and communication goals.  As an independent insurance broker, we provide a wide range of personal and business insurance products and services, such as the following: supplemental benefits, health insurance, benefits communication, retirement planning and economical employee benefit programs for organizations of all sizes.  Taylor & Sons, though our wholly owned Third Party Administrator – Flex Made Easy, provides Section 125 Plans (or Cafeteria Plans), 403(b) Plan administration, COBRA administration, common remitter, and many more services.

What sets T&S apart from our competitors? Our job doesn’t stop at the end of Open Enrollment. We continuously search the market for A-rated carriers with the best benefits for the best pricing on all benefits. Most of our competitors cannot claim such independence – most are required to offer one or two specific benefits from a certain carrier. T&S prides itself on being totally independent.
